The Quick Clean Vacuum Breaker Valve was designed for the stringent requirements of companies
in sanitary markets. This design virtually eliminates dead space in the valve where bacteria and
germs can contaminate the process. The Quick Clean Vacuum Breaker Valve can be sterilized with
steam and germicide and has Clean in Place (C.I.P.) capability. This valve can be disassembled for
cleaning and reassembled without changing the set pressure. The Quick Clean Vacuum Breaker has
set pressures from 1” Water Column to Full Vacuum. The valve achieves a rapid blow down ratio
of approximately 5% and regains its’ bubble tight seal when it re-closes.
The Quick Clean series products are available with sanitary clamp sizes 1”, 1.5”, 2”, 3”, 4”.
Larger sizes are available upon request. We offer these products also in non-sanitary configurations. The Quick Clean Vacuum Breaker offers customers a unique design that is clean to the process, is
bubble-tight under positive pressure, and can be set from 1” water column to full vacuum.
Competitors’ vacuum breakers leak under positive pressure but positive pressure increases the seal
on the Quick Clean Vacuum Breaker. This eliminates valuable product from being released into the
atmosphere.
